I can't even tell you how funny Spamalot was. I'll do my write up on my blog later this week. Anyhow, the program had the first section for the Finnish portion of the production, complete with made up Finnish actors and bios. The end note:
Come to Finland
If you've enjoyed this production, why not hop on a plane and see Finland for yourself? It is such a lovely place. (Mostly flat but with some raised bit.) Quite warm sometimes in the south, though on the whole colder in the north. there are some paper mills. The roads have relatiely few bumps. all hotels have curtains. Things are very clean, but not pathologically so. It's a great place for tree. Alonside the trees you will find other trees, which blend into a forest running for a thousand miles. If you've never seen a forest running, then Finland is the place for you. And don't believe anyone who says you can't get tomatoes there. Of course you can. And bags to put them in. It all adds up to a must-see experience.

wow... i feel the pressure to make myself seem a lot cooler than i actually am. in truth, i'm a pretty laid back guy and i think i'm kind of a loner... i just like watching my TV shows on DVD (addictive, let me tell ya!) going to the movies... i enjoy hanging out with my best friends cuz there is nothing we can't discuss, i like going to barnes and noble about 2 hours before they close and getting a peppermint hot chocolate and just walking around reading books, i enjoy going to the gym for my morning workout, cuz i have my headphones with me and for an hour and a half i have nothing to worry about in the world except trying to figure out the lyrics to jimmy buffet's "cheeseburger in paradise" ;) i like my alone time... ALOT, but i LOVE knowing that if i do need a shoulder to cry on or someone to laugh with i have my friends around to help me out :)
